Preface

This guide to squirting is not an instructions manual; it’s an exploration into the intricate universe of female sexuality.

This exploration reflects the changes that have occurred over recent years, not only in terms of women’s place in modern society, but also how every woman sees herself.

In the 1960s an object like a washing machine was enough to change the very concept of leisure and freedom. In the 1970s, the discovery of the pill against conception carried with it the desire for a new kind sexuality—to live independently and with more awareness.

In the 1980s women’s maternal role underwent a new change—it started being viewed as a choice and not chance; not as a cross to bear, nor a setback.

For a period during the 1990s women’s sexuality gave way to the career. Women listened to their heads. Ambition took hold, leaving the body as a synonym of femininity.

In the second millennium, women have found the right balance. Women have started acknowledging and listening to themselves again—even those that have never done so before.

Sexuality, and the world surrounding it, is no longer a young woman’s privilege, but for all women. Women of all ages, social backgrounds and nationalities are now discovering squirting. You hear it mentioned, women have started talking about it among themselves—they want to try to it; to discover that there is no age limit to pleasure and knowledge.

Pleasure goes hand in hand with squirting, just like squirting goes hand in hand with knowing one’s own body on a psychophysical level.

This guide has been created to provide readers with the necessary elements for an approach to one’s own body and/or their partners—an approach characterised by an informed, balanced and serene sexuality.

Introduction

I often get asked: Is it possible? Is it true? Can you? There seems to be just one answer: YES. Women who naturally ‘squirt’ are extremely rare. It’s a bit like men who have orgasms without spontaneous ejaculation. Until you meet these individuals personally, you don’t believe these things can actually happen.

This guide is designed to steer you through various techniques and methods in order to reach the famous spraying orgasm, better known as ‘squirting’. Of course nothing is guaranteed, the female orgasm is very personal and therefore subjective, but through my experience you can get a good idea of how to get there, maybe after a little practice and possibly a little difficulty at the beginning.

Firstly, we have to consider the distinct volatility and unpredictability of the female mind. It’s useless to even begin trying to understand it. What goes on in the female head has always been, and will remain, an eternal mystery (and it’s just as well).

Just to give you an example, the failed Femigra project (the so-called pink Viagra) developed by the well-known multinational Pfizer, with an ‘unlimited’ budget and the best specialized professionals in the world, has had to deal with the harsh reality proving that the female mind cannot be solved like a mathematical equation.

Each approach I outline here will help you unravel the techniques behind squirting. Remember that it won’t be easy, but not impossible. The only risk you run by practicing the techniques here, is that you might need to put on safety goggles to protect your eyes from ‘involuntary’ splashes. I suggest you take this guide as something that will help you in your journey towards your sexual awareness, showing you how to feel pleasure. This is not as an obligation, and certainly not, as a bonus for a sex marathon.

This guide was written for people who are sensitive to the idea of giving, who do not care about being judged by others, and who care about their own pleasure and that of their partner. Sometimes I'll address you as though you were a couple, or as if you were a man or a woman. I would like you to imagine me speaking as if I was there in front of you.

I'll explain how to strengthen the three basic elements: body, soul and mind. When I speak of the ‘soul’, I'm talking about the quality of affection, all that you can transmit to your partner to create confidence and trust; the basic elements to create an understanding between two human beings. When I speak about mind, I am referring to the dynamics enclosed within this understanding, to the sensitivity and intuition, which allow you to work out the next moves. When I mention the ‘body’, I’m talking about the mechanics that describe each technique.

This guide is the result of the experience I have gained, running my own art in the guise of an erotic masseur for women in Milan (Velvet is the name that I go by).

The Internet had a great part in the rediscovery of squirting and it has become a sort of urban legend. "Can you really do something like that?" "Can’t you see it’s pee?" "But it's all fake… I mean look at it", "I’ve never heard of such a thing." I hear and read comments like these all the time whenever the topic comes up.

Generally speaking, we reject what we do not know. It’s an unconscious defense mechanism common to the human race. The phrase ’Seeing is believing‘ has been around forever. It is the basic principle of scientific methodology. But, when you get there, you feel like you’ve discovered the philosopher's stone (when in reality, it’s more like rediscovering hot water). It also happens the other way round. There are women who squirt during orgasm and believe they are suffering from urinary incontinence (not even gynaecologists will be able to convince them otherwise).

So, squirting is not an invention or the latest fad that has grown popular thanks to the generous multimedia coverage circulating on the Internet or on all kinds of TV shows. It has always been a part of women’s nature, but generally it isn’t considered as something positive, because of its similarity to urine (and the consequent mental association with incontinence).

But what’s all the fuss about?

It’s clear that media channels, such as the Internet, only serve as vehicles and that a shared interest remains.

I’ll explain the reasons in simple terms:

First of all curiosity, without a doubt.

When we hear people talking about it, it feels like we’re being sold something that is missing from our ‘to do’ list.

Secondly, in recent years there has been a rediscovery of individual well-being, a search for one’s own pleasure. People have become more aware of their body’s potential and are now taking greater care to reach this potential. Semi-fasting based on healthy eating, the disciplines of Zen and yoga, tantric sex and harmonic movement courses are all examples of how people can achieve this.

Virtually everything leads to the awareness of being comfortable with yourself and nature, living each and every day to improve your own well-being. Cultivating one's sexuality means increasing the body’s pleasure and the ability to understand within the couple.

The third reason for people’s interest in squirting is hedonism. I believe this is the least altruistic of all reasons, but is what drives this curiosity. Important feelings such as the gratification of one’s ego, can be widely found in this reason. Phrases like "You won’t forget me if ..." literally reflect this motivation.

It is amazing when it does happen, and the occasion when it does materialize is so out of the ordinary that you clearly never forget it. It's a way to leave a permanent mark, both for the giver and the receiver.

Seeing for yourself a woman who ejaculates, has the same effect as finding a flower in the desert. If you're a woman and you know that it’s not your nature, when if it does happened to you, you’ll have you noticed that the intensity of the spasms makes you lose control of your body. If you are male, you feel like the creator of the best orgasm that has ever existed on the face of the earth. Participating in a fierce, liberated eruption is a wonderful thing - it’s rewarding and it brings you closer as a couple. It opens a new understanding within the couple, a journey together that fills you with satisfaction.

The fourth reason, could be, (and why not), that in the end there is a sense of role reversal compared to the usual videos where it’s the women who usually get squirted in the face. I think it's a good result: the juices dripping from his face, the surprise at the result, the expression of her eyes and the intensity of the spasms, can be considered ’priceless’. You will NEVER forget the smile which appears afterwards.

Precisely, what is squirting?

If we’re going to talk about squirting, we need to start by discussing female orgasms. An orgasm is a reaction that determines the peak of erotic arousal. It is expressed through the contraction of muscles and conveys a feeling of intense well-being and physical satisfaction.

In women the cerebral component is very strong. If you don’t know how to stimulate the neuronal libido properly, sexual intercourse loses a lot of intensity and pleasure. A caring and sensitive man is aware of the importance of intellectual seduction in sexual practices.

There are basically four types of female orgasms, of which none is better than the other. They are simply different: clitoral orgasm, orgasm from G-spot stimulation, vaginal orgasm and anal orgasm.

The clitoral orgasm is by far the most common (in fact, many argue that it is the only scientifically proven form). It's where you really understand the savoir faire of who is doing the giving, his gentle, refined touch. Orgasms via the G-spot stimulation are a sort of variation of the clitoral orgasm. Discovered thanks to studies carried out on the lesbian population, it is still under discussion nowadays. The vaginal orgasm is manifested in a more animalistic and less cerebral way. It is said that three out of ten women experience this type of orgasm. The anal orgasm is at par with the latter, but clearly in a different part of the body. The homosexual male population experiences this more.

Every so often you hear about other kinds of orgasms, almost all deriving from the fetishism sphere. However, perhaps the only one that could truly be considered as an orgasm, is when on very rare occasions, women reach an orgasm through breast stimulation. This just goes to prove that female pleasure resides in the brain rather than in the sexual organs.

Female ejaculation

It's a reaction generated by the so-called female prostate glands composed of the urethral, paraurethral and the Skene Glands. The liquid is expelled from the urethra during orgasm and sometimes from two small ducts located between the urethra and vagina. The fluid is transparent in color, the flavor is reminiscent, in some ways, of that of tears and has an aromatic scent. The amount of fluid released can be considerable, through the repeated filling and emptying of the glands during orgasm.

The main critics believe that the video scenes in circulation only show splashes of urine controlled at will (which is considered a practice derived from urophilia –more commonly known as the ‘golden shower’).

Squirting is the term for female ejaculation used in the porn industry, not the fruit of any particular type of orgasm. It’s clear that the more intense the orgasm, the closer you get to this reaction. To get there you must pull down the physical and unconscious barriers that can block it.

It's a situation that we have all experienced at some point, whether as the protagonist or as the witness. It’s not something we have really thought about, nor is it something we usually recognize.

Studies have shown that four out of ten women admit to having experienced it at some time in their lives, and of which, one in ten experiences it on their own and as an ongoing reaction.

Acknowledging this natural trait in themselves makes female pleasure become more intense and wonderful, above all, when in good company. The relationship with the person that you share this experience with goes beyond the definition of what we know as love. You become tuned in, connected in a harmonious silence both with your partner and with the universe.

The actual amount of liquid varies not only from woman to woman, but also from the level of excitement. There may be small but intense droplets of spray, or centiliters of warm fluid. You will find that the consistency and taste differs from urine (even if some could be present).

Vaginal discharge is denser and more viscous than the other two and has a specific smell. There is actually a way to see the difference between urine and ejaculated secretion. It's time consuming, but it proves the existence of both, and the difference. By eating asparagus, urine assumes a typical smell because of asparagine. Isolate a sample and put it away after you have emptied your bladder completely. Start to touch yourself, until you are about to reach an orgasm. When you feel the curve taking you back to the point of no return take a cotton ball (or better still, a jar identical to the first sample) and collect what you can of the fluid secreted. You can draw your own conclusions by sniffing the samples. If both smell like asparagus, then they are both urine. If the second sample has a different smell, then it is ejaculation. If you distinguish a slight hint of asparagus, it means that it’s a mixture, which is absolutely normal. Above all, it's a useful exercise to differentiate between the two feelings as you learn to let yourself go.

One of the obstacles that blocks the stimulation of ejaculation is the fear of being judged for urinating during orgasm.

Later on I will discuss this in more detail. However, it should be enough just to talk with your partner about it and prepare a towel in advance, placing it under your hips to make the apprehension disappear. Everything depends on the understanding within the couple. Maybe it would help you to think that a man doesn’t care about dirtying the sheet with his seminal fluid. Why should you suffer over a small patch of fluid?
